What this map can and cannot tell you.

What a point proves.

Each point is one registration on a state RERA register — a promoter filed a project and the regulator listed it. A registration is not a completed building, and a filed sales status is not today’s availability. Counts are registrations, so separate phases of one development count separately.

Where the record comes from.

Quietlist reads the registers of MahaRERA, K-RERA, HRERA and UP-RERA and keeps its own dated copy. The project page you open from the map is that copy: every fact on it names the filing it came from and the date we last read it.

Dates.

The film follows the registration date on each record. The 2017 intake includes projects already under way when registration became compulsory. The search index is dated 21 Sep 2026; this map was assembled 21 Sep 2026.

What a location means.

A position is the coordinate the promoter filed, or where that is missing, a geocode of the filed address — the note under the map says which, with its own date. A point is not a parcel boundary. A coordinate that falls in mapped water, or outside the area our map geography covers, is withheld from the map while the record stays searchable; that is a display check, not a judgment about the project. Named areas are navigation anchors, not administrative boundaries; a grouped marker sits on an actual member’s position, never an average.

Which city opens.

Without a city in the address, the map opens on the nearest of the five to your connection, from the coarse city-level location Cloudflare attaches to every request. Nothing is stored and no device location is asked for; the city selector changes it.
